This policy explains what personal information Palisades Labs ("we", "us") receives and how we use it.

This website

This website has no forms, accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking, and it does not set cookies. We do not collect personal information through it.

Two outside services are involved in showing the site. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request to Google when a page opens; Google handles that request under the Google Privacy Policy. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site.

Email and client work

If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add anyone to marketing lists.

Information you share with us during an engagement is covered by the confidentiality terms of your signed agreement.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card or bank account details. We receive the information needed to record the payment, such as your name, email address, the amount and the date. Stripe's use of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Sharing

We share personal information only with the providers that help us run the business, such as email and payment processing, and only as far as they need it to provide their service, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence and billing records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Your requests

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email aaron@palisadeslabs.ai. We reply within two business days. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
